Sunefun provides a 3-year limited warranty for main unit products, starting from the date of delivery.
This warranty applies only to products purchased through Sunefun official channels or authorized sales channels, and applies to the original purchaser, except where otherwise required by law.
The 3-year limited warranty covers product failures caused by defects in materials, parts, or workmanship under normal household use.
Depending on the situation, Sunefun may provide remote troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair guidance, product replacement, or another reasonable solution.
Due to cross-border after-sales service limitations, Sunefun warranty service is usually handled through remote support, replacement parts, and guided repair.
If the issue cannot be reasonably resolved, Sunefun will provide a replacement product or another appropriate solution based on the actual situation.

The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
If your product arrives with shipping damage, missing parts, an incorrect item, or an out-of-box functional issue, please contact Sunefun as soon as possible and provide your order number, photos, or videos.
Arrival issues will be handled under the return/refund policy, replacement process, or warranty process depending on the actual situation.
If Sunefun provides replacement parts or a replacement product under this warranty, replacement parts or products may be new or functionally equivalent.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, replacement parts or replacement products do not restart a new 3-year warranty period. The remaining warranty period of the original product continues to apply.
This policy does not affect any consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
