3-Year Limited Warranty Policy

1. 3-Year Limited Warranty

Sunefun provides a 3-year limited warranty for main unit products, starting from the date of delivery.

This warranty applies only to products purchased through Sunefun official channels or authorized sales channels, and applies to the original purchaser, except where otherwise required by law.

2. Warranty Coverage

The 3-year limited warranty covers product failures caused by defects in materials, parts, or workmanship under normal household use.

Depending on the situation, Sunefun may provide remote troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair guidance, product replacement, or another reasonable solution.

3. Warranty Service Method

Due to cross-border after-sales service limitations, Sunefun warranty service is usually handled through remote support, replacement parts, and guided repair.

If the issue cannot be reasonably resolved, Sunefun will provide a replacement product or another appropriate solution based on the actual situation.

4. Warranty Claim Requirements

When requesting warranty service, please provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos of the product
  • Product label, serial number, or other identifying information
  • Any other supporting materials reasonably requested by Sunefun

After discovering an issue, please contact us promptly so we can assist you as soon as possible.

5. What Is Not Covered by the Warranty

The following situations are not covered by the warranty:

  • Misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents
  • Drops, impacts, water damage, fire, or use in abnormal environments
  • Incorrect voltage, improper installation, or failure to follow the user manual
  • Normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
  • Consumable parts such as microbial starter cultures and activated carbon filters
  • Unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair
  • Commercial, rental, or industrial use
  • Improper cleaning, maintenance, or storage
  • Damage caused during customer-arranged shipping
  • Products purchased from non-Sunefun official or unauthorized sales channels

6. Arrival Issues

If your product arrives with shipping damage, missing parts, an incorrect item, or an out-of-box functional issue, please contact Sunefun as soon as possible and provide your order number, photos, or videos.

Arrival issues will be handled under the return/refund policy, replacement process, or warranty process depending on the actual situation.

7. Replacement Parts or Replacement Products

If Sunefun provides replacement parts or a replacement product under this warranty, replacement parts or products may be new or functionally equivalent.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, replacement parts or replacement products do not restart a new 3-year warranty period. The remaining warranty period of the original product continues to apply.

This policy does not affect any consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
