Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with SUNEFUN.

Please read this policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.

1. Return Eligibility for Non-Defective Items

We accept returns of unused and undamaged products within 30 days of delivery for non-defective reasons.

For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Any original outbound shipping cost paid by SUNEFUN, import duties, import taxes, customs clearance charges, carrier handling fees, return shipping fees, storage fees, and other non-recoverable costs already incurred by SUNEFUN may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.

2. Items That Are Not Eligible for Return

We may refuse or partially refund returns that:

  • are requested after the return window has expired
  • show signs of use, misuse, damage, improper cleaning, or alteration
  • are missing parts, accessories, manuals, or packaging
  • were purchased through unauthorized sellers
  • are returned without prior authorization
  • are sent to the sender address on the parcel instead of the designated return address

3. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us at [support@sunefun.com] within the timeframes below:

  • Visible shipping damage: within 48 hours of delivery
  • Missing parts / wrong item / initial functional issue: within 7 days of delivery

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos or videos of the product
  • photos of the outer box and packaging, if applicable
  • any other supporting evidence we reasonably request

For severe shipping damage claims, we may request an unboxing video or additional evidence where reasonably necessary.

4. How We Resolve Approved Claims

Depending on the situation, we may offer one or more of the following remedies:

  • troubleshooting support
  • replacement parts
  • repair guidance
  • a partial refund
  • a full refund
  • a replacement unit

The remedy offered will depend on the nature of the issue, the evidence provided, product condition, and whether the issue can reasonably be resolved without returning the full unit.

5. Return Authorization Required

Do not return any item without contacting us first.

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the authorized return address.

Any unauthorized return may be refused or may delay processing.

6. Return Shipping and Risk

For approved non-defective returns:

  • the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • the customer is responsible for arranging secure packaging
  • we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service

We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during return transit.

7. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [5-10 business days].

Please note that your payment provider or bank may require additional time to post the refund.

8. Refused Deliveries and Failed Deliveries

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid duties/taxes, delivery refusal, or customer-related address/customs issues, any refund may be reduced by:

  • original outbound shipping cost
  • return shipping cost
  • customs handling charges
  • carrier fees
  • any other non-recoverable costs

9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if they have not yet shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
