Shipping Policy

At SUNEFUN, we are committed to delivering your order as smoothly and transparently as possible.

1. Shipping Origin

At this time, our products are shipped directly from our warehouse and fulfillment partners in China.

We do not currently operate a local overseas warehouse. Because of this, international delivery times may be longer than domestic shipping.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within [3-7 business days] after payment is confirmed.

Processing time may be longer during:

  • product launches or pre-sale periods
  • holidays
  • customs inspections
  • severe weather events
  • carrier disruptions, or periods of unusually high order volume.

If your order includes a pre-order item or backordered item, the estimated dispatch time will be stated on the product page or communicated by email.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, estimated transit times are typically:

These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, local carrier performance, and other factors outside our control.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow a few business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

5. Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and Fees

For eligible orders, SUNEFUN covers applicable import duties and import taxes on the original outbound shipment. Customers should not be charged additional import duties or import taxes upon delivery for these orders.

However, SUNEFUN does not cover any additional fees arising from customer-related circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • refused deliveries
  • failed delivery attempts
  • incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • returned parcels
  • reshipment requests
  • storage fees
  • customs handling charges caused after shipment
  • any other non-recoverable charges not included in the original outbound shipment

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to:

  • an incorrect or incomplete address
  • failure to claim the parcel
  • refusal of delivery
  • inability to complete customs clearance due to customer-related reasons

we may deduct any original shipping costs, return fees, customs-related charges, and handling fees from any refund, where permitted by law.

If the package can be reshipped, the customer may be responsible for the reshipping cost.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at [support@sunefun.com].

We will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment. Please note that carrier investigations may take time, and we may need to wait for the carrier’s formal result before issuing a replacement or refund.

8. Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that a parcel was delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • verify the shipping address
  • check around your delivery location
  • check with household members, neighbors, building management, or reception
  • contact the last-mile carrier

If you still cannot locate the parcel, contact us at [support@sunefun.com] and we will assist where possible. However, we are not responsible for theft or loss after confirmed delivery unless otherwise required by law.

9. Shipping Restrictions

We may not be able to ship to certain regions, PO boxes, military addresses, or remote locations.

If we are unable to fulfill your order after purchase, we will notify you and issue a refund for any unfulfilled items.
